Okay the last 15 were garbage.
Next month I'm really going to be concentrating on form and what is this about me and this other coworker entering a 5K race in October? That'll be good for me. It'll make me more easily roll out of bed in the mornings to go running when I know my performance is going to be measured in a few short weeks. Still though, when is this running going to start to be enjoyable.
(when that sludge around your middle disappears, DUH!)
I think my problem is when I run I turn into a compulsive counter. It's weird.
