"Walking with Dan" or "ROAARRR!!!"

Dan & I got some 2 lb weights last night with the gift certificates from WalMart that we won at work and took them with us on our walk today. 2 lbs isn't very much but it's been a while since I've been really diligent with my kickboxing upper body routine. (When my instructor quit I had just started using 8 lb weights and that was a LOAD.)

We only walked 2 miles today for lunch but I went the whole time doing all the blocks and jabs and DANG... while my arms are not burning they feel really, really GOOD. I'll probably stick with the 2 lbs for another 2 weeks or so and then move up in weight again. It's been a long time since I have felt so mightily RRARRRR!!!! I am feeling strong and sane and healthy again.

So, now you feel mighty and buff... very good. It's always nice to feel like you can bench press somebody. ;)
