RELIEF!

We had a massage therapist pop into the office today.

I just spent 40 minutes on her table as she worked solely on my neck.

Apparently I am extremely tight all over. Front, back, outer, inner muscles...they're all just ON.  The pain may be new but was probably a final straw  to a lot of the stress and tension I've been carrying because it's waaay too chronic for it to be one little thing that sent me into this particular orbit.

Still a bit of a twinge...but oh man.  Man oh man oh man...did that massage feel GOOD.

siiiiiiggghhhhh....

Wow, do massage therapists normally pop into your office? Her timing was excellent :)

You need to start working on what's causing the stress. Your dreams are very strong indicators of a restless mind, so something (or several somethings) are obviously bugging you on one level or another.

Hah...I was just gonna say the same thing. A massage therapist just happens into your office the day you're having intense pain. Talk about luck! :-)

And along with the dreams, you had those hives not long ago. Some serious chilling/de-stressing is probably in order, missy!!

Why can't a massage therapist just "pop in" at school during my planning period? Lucky for you!
