"Exercise and Drawing" or "The Day's Doing"

I have had a great day. Made it to the gym this morning...half hour on the elliptical and then an hour doing upper body. Great way to start the day. RRARR.

The rest of the day was drawing up a production schedule for the independent film I am doing some animation for. I've got a LOT of animation I have to get done in the next month and a half and I've got to have a way to chart my progress.

I also printed out my storyboards panels out 16 to a page to stick to the wall. When each scene gets done the boards get crossed out. Also a good visual way to quickly track what I've done and how much is left. Tomorrow Lisa and I are going over to the filmmakers house to screen a rough cut of the movie. Should be fun to see.

"Do run run run" or "Screaming Visualizations"

Back in August one of my high school buddies challenged me to be able to run 3 miles every birthday. Mine is coming up in two and a half months so I've been doing the couch to 5K. I had the BEST run tonight. The last section I ran up this hideous hill and was rather proud of myself for doing it without putzing out. I *wanted* to slow to a walk but I imagined Jillian Michaels from The Biggest Loser screaming at me. Whatever works!
